Customers who wish to pay by check or money order:
Email or call us before placing an order, as our online store cannot
process these type of payments.

Customers who wish to pay by credit card:
If you do not process your card through Paypal, you will have to call us
with your card's information so we can process it in-store during our
business hours. We only accept Visa and Mastercard. Our number is

through Friday and 9:00am - 2:00pm on Saturday. We recommend
processing through Paypal (especially if we can't accept your card here),

Shipping and Handling Info

Collars, Hames, and other non-book items: Shipping and
handling charges will be calculated using our UPS Online tools for
anywhere in the United States.
Please select one of the UPS options
for your shipping option
. Since will be shipping via UPS, we will need a
physical address instead of a PO Box. For
customers in other countries
we will ship via USPS
, so contact us before your purchase for your
shipping rate. An additional packaging fee of 5.00 will also be added for
international customers.
Books: Books will be shipped at a flat rate, so select Book Rate as your
shipping option when you check out.

NOTE: All Shipping calculations are subject to change.

Refund Policy
We will be happy to give you a refund if you receive the collar and it is the
wrong size. However, we have other sizes available, so please get in
touch before sending the collar back! **Buyer pays all shipping costs**.
